If I purchase the premium subscription on the desktop / browser , will I have premium when I log in on the iOS app? and if I purchase logged in using the iOS app, will I have premium service on the desktop / browser version? -

i sent my username and the number off the invoice to windy support Tomáš Slavkovský [tomas.slavkovsky@windy.com] but nobody replied until now and it szill does not work.

@kmj-1-0 Hello, once you purchase Premium either on desktop, App Store or Google Store, Premium will work across all three platforms.

Purchased the Premium subscription on the desktop using paypal but doesn't work.
Email sent to support@windy.com with problem description and order id.

Like a few others on this forum, I subscribed to "Windy Premium" using PayPal. All the payments went through correctly and I received an email from Windy confirming the transaction.
However, I am unable to activate the 1 hourly forecast feature through the Desktop Windy platform.
I then went to check the subscription process once again and now notice that PayPal is not a listed payment option.
Seeking some answers and resolution?????

@stitch Hi, do not worry, you will get your Premium as soon as possible. We ask people for patience for a few days, because it seems that there is some problem with pairing of payments and Premium subscriptions in few percent of cases. We can do it manually and we are doing it when anybody reports that automatic pairing failed. I hope we solve it soon, because it is lot of manual work, communication and inconveniences.
