How to disable adblocker

Where do we disable adblocker? I keep getting message “WOW it appears you are offline “ and when I try to login it does not recognize my usernames and I have to reset password to login.

@H2OGuy Hello, if you have Adblock as a browser extension, you can turn it off on the main bar.
Please check your account details if you are signing in with the correct password and username. -
I can sometimes close the red bar at top but that does not allow me to add favorites or receive “Basic” for any location. This is what I get.
