Yes, It would be better to have Long and lat on your charts. It does'nt look so difficult...

Show lat, lon grid
and
Weather picker contains lat, lon

I think the simplest solution would be to kindly ask Windy to implement a control which displays current cursor position on maps, as already required in this post.
