Weather Alerts Down Since March 6

I was enjoying a well-functioning alert that helped me with a weather vulnerability here. I noticed I was not getting alerts by email and have on three occasions gone in and re-saved the information. Nothing has changed about my email. However, I am not getting notices. In this case wind velocity helps me know when to take my shade sails down. Hope you can help. Thank you.
