      I have subscribed to Windy Premium but every time i click on 1-hour icon it's take me to subscribe page!

        @lmk2055 You are not alone. Some other users including myself have encountered the same problem. I can't say when it will be fixed, hopefully soon.

                @Korina I received two emails from FastSpring after my purchase and neither one contains a redeem code.

                  @Korina I purchased the subscription on desktop through FastSpring and none of the emails I received contain a redeem code.

                        I am also encountering this issue. I subscribed on desktop through FastSpring (PayPal). I already logged out, deleted the cookies logged in on my PC: I am not able to see 1h forecasts.
                        I also tried it on my Android device, but I am also asked to subscribe (again) even after logging out an in again.

                            Hello, redeem code is only send when you are not logged in while make the purchase. Did you encounter any error during the transaction? I will pass this issue to our team and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

                                      @Korina I was in Windy when I made the purchase. I used Paypal and don't see any error. Still no redeem code as of now.
