I have subscribed to Windy Premium but every time i click on 1-hour icon it's take me to subscribe page!

@lmk2055 You are not alone. Some other users including myself have encountered the same problem. I can't say when it will be fixed, hopefully soon.

I am also encountering this issue. I subscribed on desktop through FastSpring (PayPal). I already logged out, deleted the cookies logged in on my PC: I am not able to see 1h forecasts.
I also tried it on my Android device, but I am also asked to subscribe (again) even after logging out an in again. -

Hello, redeem code is only send when you are not logged in while make the purchase. Did you encounter any error during the transaction? I will pass this issue to our team and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

@Korina I was in Windy when I made the purchase. I used Paypal and don't see any error. Still no redeem code as of now.
