@Korina As far as I am concerned, I’ve purchased an premium subscription through AppleStore on iPad IOS 13.3.1. I have the same issue on my iPhoneX using IOS 13.3..1 as well.
I am using the dedicated app and not through a web browser. -

My subscription does not work either. Bought through IOS/Apple pay. Says thank you for subscribing under premium tab, so it looks like it recognizes my subscription. The 1 hr increments worked for about 5 minutes, then went back to 3 hr increments. Same issue for app and website.

Hi, no, I have discovered a bug in the widget on iOS that requires location services to be enabled, otherwise the widget goes to an incorrect location when clicked to launch the Windy app. It’s 100% replicable in my testing. The previous version of Windy didn’t have this issue so it’s something recent.

Great. Now I am having issues with my subscription and the app keeps prompting for my login to Apple ID.
Version 24.00 seems to have been pushed out prematurely in an effort to make money. I don’t mind subscribing but expect fewer bugs in return.

@foxtrotuniform Hello, you should not see notification about Apple ID anymore.
We are having issues (you can see more here - https://community.windy.com/topic/11841/in-these-challenging-times-windy-com-will-stay-free-and-without-advertisement/27) with assigning payments from third party providers, unfortunately these obstacles can happen. Please let me know if the problem still persists. -
Same here, get subscription through android app, so payments goes in googleplay way i think
