Unit settings not working

Some of the unit settings are not showing as selected. All of my settings are set to imperial, but some are not working properly, rain accumulation is still reporting as mm, visibility still reporting as km, etc. not every item is working like this. But more than a couple are. I have verified settings as I have come across these bugs.
