Temperature reflected on windy is 38 whereas it is 40 degree celcius in karachi right now 13 apr 2020

Thank you for your post, but please note that the Feedback and Suggestions section is for issues associated with Windy, not for weather forecast differences.
Windy does not create any forecast data but instead only visualises forecast and actual data received from various third party providers.
Windy therefore has NO control over the forecast or actual data provided.WINDY is everywhere :)

...and for Reported temperature, Windy shows data from weather stations. Here the official weather station of Karachi airport showing 32°C.

@jmh2002 Dear windy is designed to provide best probable weather as well as temp. As it shows info in real time so this feedback is related with windy.

As said above, Windy does not create forecast, it just displays values of several NWP models provided by some institutions which computes them, as well as real time observations.
Anyway, "best probable" local weather is generally not extracted from models, but provided by professional forecasters (who take models into account among other info) with local knowledge. -

It was just an example to show that Windy display reported temperature i.e. the observed temperature at weather station.
Yesterday 40°C was the maximum temperature observed at Karachi airport weather station as shown here:
Of course the forecast temperature for the same hour is not precisely the same. Even the best global weather models are not able to take into account the urban heat island effect in large cities:
