@Korina I bought through the desktop website via PayPal. I received an email from Windy.Com and FastSpring.com but received no redemption code.

@WindyBot37 Hi, the redeem code is send only if you are not logged in during the purchase. There is a problem with PayPal payments currently and we are working on solution. You issue was reported and I'll get back to you soon.

ok I have just redone it also now with the app logged out but its showing the same thing not working , it is sad because it would hev been nice to see the trail version , guess we will never see , unless we purchase and even then we dont know if that will work too , thanks any way

Hi, I cancelled my subscription a few days ago, and right after that moment I could not use the premium options any more. So I choose to reopen the subscription, but that was only possible for the next month. The reason to cancel was that I wanted to opt in for the yearly subscription. But now I’m in for the next two months...

No, I have a subscription. In iOs I changed my password. After logging out and logging in again, I saw that the option to use the hourly forecasts was not there anymore.
