@Korina Hi Korina. Please can you assist. I purchased a subscription via the website (desktop) but when I log into the mobile app it does not recognize my account has the pro version. How can I get full access on the mobile app?

@Korina Hi Korina, my desktop account is already activated and working fine. If I click on the hourly option as described then it simply turns off the hourly option. I have no issues on desktop, my only problem is the mobile version does not recognize my premium subscription and wants me to sign up again.

@mwskuzzy Hello, are you logged with the same account on your mobile device? If yes and you still have problem, please reinstall Windy and login again.

@Korina Thanks Korina, that helped. But now I have another problem. I cannot find the option to display the fish status. In the free version, there was an option to show favorable conditions for fishing, the display was little fish which was displayed along the bottom. There were other options as well like surfing, kayaking etc. How do I get these options back?

There was never a fish to show that the conditions were good for the fishing, or surfing, kayaking....
You surely refer to another app ! -

Hey, I payed via paypal while logged in, in the browser. Got a confirmation message from paypal but nothing else. If I log out and in again, no premium, and also no email with a code to restore? What do I do?

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order. -
@petra-pik As I mentioned I got a confirmation message from PayPal, but no code to restore.

@rince373, in case the purchase was made via App Store/Google Play, you will not receive any reference number but you go to the app and tap on restore purchase as the manual mentions.
In case you are subscribed via desktop, the reference number was sent to you from FastSpring.

@petra-pik I am sorry, but I tried to state everything exactly how it happened above in my post!
- Bought via PayPal in the Browser on desktop
- Got one Email from PayPal saying my payment was authorized
- Got NOTHING else
- Logged in, in the browser it says I am not a premium member
