      Do you use the same account in all your devices? The same you use here ? Because on the forum you are clearly identified as Premium member.

        @idefix37 Yes, it's the same account I use here. Never had troubles after payment in the last years. I tried to log out and log in again but no improvement. It seems as no payment made Immagine 2022-11-15 192215.jpg

            @Korina This year the renewal was not automatic as last years, I dont' know why. So from within the account on Sunday I made the renewal by paypal. What should I do now to to detect the payment? Should I cancel the payment?

                  I purchased an iPhone Pro version of Windy. I have used my Apple ID to login into Windy via a web browser on my laptop, but do not appear to have the Pro version on the web browser - it has not picked up my iPhone Pro purchase.

                  When I try to use Pro features through the browser, it says I need premium:

                  How to I link my Pro account on my iPhone to my Browser account?

                    Hi @Adam-Norsworthy, it is possible that the subscription is connected to different email address, do you have any device with access to the Premium, so you can check the email which is connected to Premium subscription?

                      @Ondřej-Šutera Thanks for replying. My iPhone Pro subscription is connected to my personal email address. When I went to the browser version, it asked me to login. I entered by personal email and clicked 'forgot password', and got the error that an account didn't exist under that email. I then logged in to the browser version using my Apple ID, which is linked to my personal email address. When I set up the Windy app on my iPhone I cant recall is asking me for an email address, I just downloaded the app, opened it on my iPhone, then upgraded to Pro. But with I tap on the three lines in the top left corned on the iPhone app, then tap 'Adam Pro User', it shows my personal email address. When I log into the browser version and go to my profile, it shows my personal email address as verified.

                        I have sorted the problem I was confusing Windy.app, and Windy.com!!

                                  Hi. Thanks for the assistance. That resolved the issue but is a bit subtle. If others are having this issue, and that appears to be the case, perhaps a link in the Subscription Confirmation email would be worthwhile, guiding the subscriber to this information if auto-activation isn't successful. Regards,

                                        Ich habe versucht die Premiumversion für den Desktop zu kaufen und mit paypal bezahlt. leider werde ich nicht freigeschaltet. Fastspring sagt, das Paypal Konto wäre nicht in dem Land , in dem jetzt bin. Das ist Quatsch. Was kann ich tun?

So I cannot help you with this matter since it looks like an issue on their end, and you probably need to contact them. I am sorry about that.
