      The Premium badge near your username on this forum shows that you are Premium user. So you should have already access to the Premium features.

        I have purchased windy premium for two years using fastspring on the Windy screen.
        I have never been able to get Windy to work in premium for more that a couple of days.
        I am 69 years old and legally blind but with assistance I can use the computer. I have never received a message on email from them with a code. Please fix this problem. It is not my responsibility to do this. I paid for service and you should activate it without me doing anything once paid>
        Please once again, fix this!

          @KN4MJC Hi, I checked your account and it looks like you purchased subscription in September 2022, but then it was canceled so your account is now without Premium. If you made any other purchases, please send the details about them at support@windy.com, so we can adequately help you.

            hello to you all, i need a help.I am a chinese user. I've become a subscriber today ,paid via Alipay. but i have not received email from windy with the purchase order, and also no premium. my email is 627953969@qq.com.

              @hkyliqiu Could you please contact us at support@windy.com with further details about the date and time of the payment? Also the device, where you made the purchase would be great, so we check the situation for you.

                          Hi dear Windy team! Sorry if I’m at the wrong place to ask. I’ve bought Premium account and it works perfectly on Desktop. But on mobile it doesn’t work disregarding I’m logged in with my account. What should I do? Account xploration.sailing@gmail.com

                            Hello, same problem as many people, bought my Windy Pro in my apple device but not working in the desktop, tryied login with apple id, also facebook as it is linked but still doesnt work, I can go to restore purchases but requires a code and I dont know where I can find that code.

                              If you bought Windy Pro, to windy.app with a blue logo, it is not surprising that you can’t use the same account in windy.com.
                              Windy.com with a red logo has its own mobile app in the AppStore and has nothing to do with windy.app.

                                I have tried and tried to get a refund done everything that I was told and still getting the run around I need this sorted out it is getting beyond a joke .

                                  Hi - I cant access premium even after trying to 'restore purchase'. I receive an error "failed to restore purchases". I am using the order reference provided for my subscription and the account purchased against. Not sure why your subscription model is so complicated.

                                    @songton Hi, what exactly do you need? I see that you Premium is active since March 2023, so it is not possible to refund the payment.

                                            Hi, similar issue here. I purchased Windy Premium on the Apple Store on my iPhone. It works great in the iphone app and iPhone browser (Chrome).

                                            When I go to windy.com on my desktop Chrome browser, it sees I'm logged in with the same account, but prompts me to upgrade to Premium to get 1-hour forecasts.

                                            I've followed the steps in this article as best I can, except it never prompts me to restore my purchase on the iPhone, because it already sees that I have Premium.

                                            When I try to restore the purchase on my desktop, it asks for a FastSpring code, which I don't have since I purchased it in the AppStore.

                                            I've logged out of Windy on the desktop and logged back in, with no improvement.

                                            How can I get the premium access (on the desktop) that I paid for (in the App Store)?
