Imam problem oko Windy premium na stolnom računalu. Prije sam instalirao Windy na mobilnom telefonu i pretplatio se na Premium. Sada sam instalirao aplikaciju i na računalo i greškom sam se opet pretplatio na Premium verziju. Da li je mogući povrat novaca i spajanje Premium verzije na jedan račun?

I recently renewed my subscription and I get the attached image every time I open app.

@JCrawfordPS Hi, this one looks like you made a new manual purchase, despite your old subscription automatically renewing. So you probably have now two duplicated subscriptions. Please send the invoice and further details at support@windy.com

My subscription was taken off my account on the 17th of June 2024. Why am I having problems with Windy.

Hi,
It looks like I accidentally paid for the app twice, which I can live with, and not sure how I get refund. That’s less of my concern. I can’t get the warning/error things to go away. Very annoying/ distracting.

Hi, I bought the premium 49€ year package on the app store. On my iphone the app says that I am a pro user.
I haven't been able to log in to the pro features when I am using the desktop browser site on chrome or brave and I haven't found the order reference number in the mail from apple confirming my purchase.
Please help -

Seems it had run out on 11July, never got premium at all so will not be subscribing again.

Hi, Love the product. However I have an issue with accessing the premium features on the desktop after I have created my account in Google from my Android phone. On my phone I see I am a "PRO user" and have access to the features. However I see "Go Premium" on the desktop. This seems to be a slightly different issue than what is described here?
