What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium features

I have a premium account purchased through the app in android. It works fine on my phone, but when I installed Windy on my iPad I don’t have access to premium features. I logged in using google and it gives a message that login was successful, but still no premium. I also created an account through Windy.com and tried logging in with this password, but results are the same. Any advice?

@Игорь-Селивёрстов Hello, right now we use third-party providers for the whole subscription process (Paddle.com, Google Play and AppStore) and all of them probably block these payments right now.
We cannot do much with this, so you can only try to use a VPN. -

I cant get Windy Premium to work. Recently I got a notice on Windy saying my subscription had expired so I signed up for another year. Now I have two subscriptions. I tried to cancel the first one dated March 2015. But it's so complicated, I don't know whether it worked. Now, I can get 21-day forecasts for the 4 locations I orginally selected in March but can't add another location. All I get is a 7 day forecast.nad chenging the temperature from Celcius to Farenheit seems to be difficult or impossible.

Merci de bien vouloir rétablir la connexion à Windy Premium jusqu'au terme de mon abonnement soit le 03.12.2025.

Thank you, clicking on 1 hour forecast produced the heart outline and allowed me to create a new favourite.
But your words about my Premium account are a concern.
On my iPhone the premium badge clearly shows.

I am following the online instructions, and I get this screen. But when I log in, it keeps taking me to this screen and tells me to "Go Premium. Feel like it's an endless loop. I have also verified my email. The Go Premium meant to disappear?

I'm having the same problem with my account is Gabriel,
Is there a fix for this? I'm stuck in an endless loop of "thankyou for subscribing", logging in, and it prompting me to go premium. -
when i click restore purchase it say we did not find any purchase to restore. it do not allow me to manually add order reference thats on mobile. and on desktop it is not logging in on windy page. but on account.windy it is log in but not connecting with my google account.

@Affan-Khan-3 Hi, since you purchased the Premium via Paddle, you need to handle the process on the desktop in our web app, then the account there is connected to Premium and you are able to use the Premium account across all your devices.

Windy works. Also on my new galaxy z fold. But there i get a warning of that i have already a subscription. I tried to remove windy and the subscription. Did not find a answer in my account on desktop or phone. Please make it a premium subscription and do not end it november 2026.
Now windy will be removed which was not the intention.
The step by step sollutiins did not work.
