What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium features

when i click restore purchase it say we did not find any purchase to restore. it do not allow me to manually add order reference thats on mobile. and on desktop it is not logging in on windy page. but on account.windy it is log in but not connecting with my google account.

@Affan-Khan-3 Hi, since you purchased the Premium via Paddle, you need to handle the process on the desktop in our web app, then the account there is connected to Premium and you are able to use the Premium account across all your devices.

I have logged in, purchased premium and I am still getting this message. Any help would be great.!
Logging in on pc as well as mobile is throwing the same error. I have logged in cheers

Windy works. Also on my new galaxy z fold. But there i get a warning of that i have already a subscription. I tried to remove windy and the subscription. Did not find a answer in my account on desktop or phone. Please make it a premium subscription and do not end it november 2026.
Now windy will be removed which was not the intention.
The step by step sollutiins did not work.

Apparemment vous l’êtes puisque que vous avez le badge Premium ici sur le forum à côté de votre nom d’utilisateur.
Et probablement aussi sur la page d’accueil. Est-ce que vous voyez les 15 jours de prévision? -
I purchase twice, how to refund by paddle?

Purchased premium on desktop. when i try to log in tells me email or password wrong. Try to reset password and tells me email doesnt exist. If i try to reregister i get that this email is already in system. What do i do to fix this.

Could you please provide any evidence of these? If you have any documents, you can send them directly to support@windy.com.
