Hello, I already have a Premium account and just bought another subscription in order to offer it to a friend. I want to gift it to her, but I can't find any subscription Order Reference/Transaction code in none of the payment confirmation emails I received. It's just automatically linked to the email adress I had to put while purchasing the subscription (e.g. mine, not hers...)

Is the offering of a premium account not possible anymore ?

I paid for premium via paddle and the money has come out of my credit card but i did not receive a confirmation email and my windy account is still non premium.

I have tried to message paddle and they have not come back to me.

Help. What happens now ?

I purchase windy premium with the wrong e-Mail address and now I have 2 subscriptions. One that auto renews with billy@bonitajetski.com and a brand new one with whwh2@netscape.net. I would like to move the new one to the other account that I just paid for on whwh2@netscape.net.
