What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium features

There appears to be something wrong with your password reset functionality. I tried several times to register for an account in order to take advantage of the premium upgrade I purchased, but each time it told me that my email was already being used by a registered account. I took that to mean I previously created an account using that email address. Having no recollection of having done so and trying every possible password I could imagine I might have used (but with no success), I clicked on the “reset password” link and entered my email address. I have, several days later, still not received a single email from you with instructions on how to reset my password, despite requesting one at least 6 times.
This is no way to treat a paying customer. I couldn’t use this community to get help because one must be able to login first in order to do so. You specifically say you don’t really read or respond to email messages, so I tried Facebook Messenger. No response there either. I finally gave up and used my work email address (not ideal), and have successfully activated my account and upgrade, but you guys are asleep at the wheel. I came very close to cancelling my purchase.

@julianq3 Hello, I am sorry for you experience. Did you check your spam/junk mail box please? Sometimes the reset email might end up there.

I have bought the service of 'windy premium' for 3 days,but it seems failed to get the service. I have read the manual and noticed there is a step which needs to click the button of 'Restore purchases' .However,I haven't found such a button in the desktop or the mobile phone. I also wrote a letter to support@windy.com and haven't received any response.Please help me, thanks.

@cxbhero Hello, you already have the Premium badge here, that means you should have access to your Premium. Is that correct?

@cxbhero I can see the Premium badge too. But I haven't got the premium right on the webpage. As you can see ,there is not such a button named'restore purchases'.

@cxbhero Where are you located please? If you are in CN, you may experience some issues with using Windy.
Have you tried to use VPN?

@korina Sorry, I can not use VPN. I've noticed that I have the right to withdraw from the paid service within 14 days. Up to now, I haven't got the paid service actually. How can I cancel it?thank you.

Hi, I have a premium account purchased in the android app, but migrated to Iphone a few months back. How do I restore the premium services in my new device?

@carlos-mijares Hello, Windy Premium needs to be assigned to your account first, then you can use it on all of your devices. Also this process needs to be done on the device, where you purchase it. @tgcsudharma Hello, you have the Premium badge on your profile, that means you already have active Premium. It is assigned to your account and you can use it on desktop.
