      I have bought the service of 'windy premium' for 3 days,but it seems failed to get the service. I have read the manual and noticed there is a step which needs to click the button of 'Restore purchases' .However,I haven't found such a button in the desktop or the mobile phone. I also wrote a letter to support@windy.com and haven't received any response.Please help me, thanks.

        @cxbhero Hello, you already have the Premium badge here, that means you should have access to your Premium. Is that correct?

          @cxbhero I can see the Premium badge too. But I haven't got the premium right on the webpage.捕获.PNG As you can see ,there is not such a button named'restore purchases'.

            @cxbhero Hello, if you go from this community to Windy.com, are you logged in? Also what about app, you cannot access Premium there too?

                @korina when I change the other device to windy.com, there is no premium badge,but windy forum shows my account is logged in. I really want to use this premium function, but I don't know what to do next.

                  @cxbhero Where are you located please? If you are in CN, you may experience some issues with using Windy.

                  Have you tried to use VPN?

                    @korina Sorry, I can not use VPN. I've noticed that I have the right to withdraw from the paid service within 14 days. Up to now, I haven't got the paid service actually. How can I cancel it?thank you.

                              @carlos-mijares Hello, Windy Premium needs to be assigned to your account first, then you can use it on all of your devices. Also this process needs to be done on the device, where you purchase it.                                       @tgcsudharma Hello, you have the Premium badge on your profile, that means you already have active Premium. It is assigned to your account and you can use it on desktop.
