What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium features
Excuse me. I tried to purchase windy premium on my samsung tab active device. I didn't have a previous account because I didn't know I needed one. I paied, something went wrong and the outcome has been the following:
got 4 mails from google saying that they placed two orders for 29 bucks and one was reimbursed. Same evidence is in my pay pal account.
Now, registering an account I'am not able to get to the premium....
Can you provide me with some help?
@mario-imperato Hello, please follow steps in this article to restore the purchase on your mobile phone.
- Go to Windy.com app
- Login to your account
- Go to Premium offer and click on Restore purchases button
This will assign Premium to your account.
@korina Now the restore worked. I tried yesterday night and again this morning and it didn't work. You fixed the problem, I guess.
@mario-imperato Look. Now I see on tablet that for ECMWF the next update is in 4h 17min...Assume is the effect of Premium. But on desktop browser I keep see-ing that the next update is in 10 hours.... How do I get the same view of the data? I expected the view to be the same with same refresh period as to speak.
@mario-imperato Hello, are you using the same account on your mobile as well as on desktop? The Premium is linked to an account.

@korina yes. Korina. rephrase: the mail, user name and full name match. The app still says that will get an update in the early afternoon and the browser says it will get in 12h or so.
@mario-imperato Hello, this should not be possible. Please try to clear your browser cache and login again with the same account.

but I forgot the email i used.... just renwed yearly from visa card
@halimnaccour Hello, if you subscribed on your phone, then you can restore the purchase in the app. All you need to do is to login with your Windy account and tap on restore button.
I've purchased Premium via Desktop browser yesterday.
I have an account registered and I am logged in.
I received PayPal conformation mail for Windy Premium annual subscription, but never received email with Order Reference or any other email.
I also checked spam.
Can you check what is wrong here, please?

So the question is then, how do you restore the Premium access on Desktop if you have purchased on Apple IOS? I have premium working fine on the IOS app by when I log in on a browser on my laptop I do not get any Premium features and when I click on the 1H setting it asks me to restore purchase via Fast Spring?
@merko Hello, the Premium is tied to your Windy account. If you have Premium access in the app, that means your account is already Premium and you can use it across all the platforms. Please make sure you are logged in with the same account in the app and on desktop.
I just purchased windy via my Windows desktop and wanted to use it on my Android mobile as well. But it does not work. How can I transfer my licence to my mobile?
As I used a different mail address on desktop and mobile, I already changed my mail address in my account which was used for the purchase to be the same as on mobile. Still does not work.
Please tell me the needed steps.
