Apparemment vous l’êtes puisque que vous avez le badge Premium ici sur le forum à côté de votre nom d’utilisateur.
Et probablement aussi sur la page d’accueil. Est-ce que vous voyez les 15 jours de prévision? -

Purchased premium on desktop. when i try to log in tells me email or password wrong. Try to reset password and tells me email doesnt exist. If i try to reregister i get that this email is already in system. What do i do to fix this.

Could you please provide any evidence of these? If you have any documents, you can send them directly to support@windy.com.

As the Premium badge is shown here next to your user name, it means that you can access to Premium.
You need probably to login in the app.
Or what is wrong? -

@GulfLaw1-0 Hello, I found that your account had Premium purchased for a year without the renewal. So all you need to do is to purchase a new Premium, if you are interested in this service.

Hello, I already have a Premium account and just bought another subscription in order to offer it to a friend. I want to gift it to her, but I can't find any subscription Order Reference/Transaction code in none of the payment confirmation emails I received. It's just automatically linked to the email adress I had to put while purchasing the subscription (e.g. mine, not hers...)
Is the offering of a premium account not possible anymore ?
