What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium features

Hi there,
I have paid for the Premium features but I can't restore it as I didn't get that email due to misspelt email address.
Can you please help me to sort this out?

I pay for the premium on paypal, but seems like it didn't work.
I want to konw if my money will send back or i will get my premium soon? -
I seem to have the same issue as others. I purchased on my iPhone through the app store, using the email address associated with the app store. When I go to the desktop version and log in using the same app store email address and try to restore purchase, it asks for an order reference code that I don't have.
Can somebody help?

@lennox-meldrum-2 Hello, since you purchased via App Store, you will need to restore the purchase in the app on your iPhone, not on the website.

@korina It works perfectly on my iPhone, but I want to also access the pro features on the website. Is this possible? I've logged out on my iPhone and logged back in, restored purchases, everything. But I can't seem to get the website to do the same.

@lennox-meldrum-2 Hello, you are probably using a different application, we do not have "PRO" subscription, it is called Windy Premium.

Hi,
I pay for the premium on paypal for Desktop, but seems like it didn't work. No email from Fastspring but only the paypal receipt after the order into the Windy site.

@idefix37 Thanks for your answer. When I enter the site and I set my favorite places with 1 hour forecast it says I need annual subscription but I paid it days ago.

Do you use the same account in all your devices? The same you use here ? Because on the forum you are clearly identified as Premium member. -
@idefix37 Yes, it's the same account I use here. Never had troubles after payment in the last years. I tried to log out and log in again but no improvement. It seems as no payment made

@orderson Hello, please double-check your subscription status. Your subscription has probably expired or was discontinued.

@Korina This year the renewal was not automatic as last years, I dont' know why. So from within the account on Sunday I made the renewal by paypal. What should I do now to to detect the payment? Should I cancel the payment?

I purchased an iPhone Pro version of Windy. I have used my Apple ID to login into Windy via a web browser on my laptop, but do not appear to have the Pro version on the web browser - it has not picked up my iPhone Pro purchase.
When I try to use Pro features through the browser, it says I need premium:

Hi @Adam-Norsworthy, it is possible that the subscription is connected to different email address, do you have any device with access to the Premium, so you can check the email which is connected to Premium subscription?

@Ondřej-Šutera Thanks for replying. My iPhone Pro subscription is connected to my personal email address. When I went to the browser version, it asked me to login. I entered by personal email and clicked 'forgot password', and got the error that an account didn't exist under that email. I then logged in to the browser version using my Apple ID, which is linked to my personal email address. When I set up the Windy app on my iPhone I cant recall is asking me for an email address, I just downloaded the app, opened it on my iPhone, then upgraded to Pro. But with I tap on the three lines in the top left corned on the iPhone app, then tap 'Adam Pro User', it shows my personal email address. When I log into the browser version and go to my profile, it shows my personal email address as verified.
