What to do if you can't access your Windy Premium features

Hi,
It looks like I accidentally paid for the app twice, which I can live with, and not sure how I get refund. That’s less of my concern. I can’t get the warning/error things to go away. Very annoying/ distracting.

Hi, I bought the premium 49€ year package on the app store. On my iphone the app says that I am a pro user.
I haven't been able to log in to the pro features when I am using the desktop browser site on chrome or brave and I haven't found the order reference number in the mail from apple confirming my purchase.
Please help -

Hi, Love the product. However I have an issue with accessing the premium features on the desktop after I have created my account in Google from my Android phone. On my phone I see I am a "PRO user" and have access to the features. However I see "Go Premium" on the desktop. This seems to be a slightly different issue than what is described here?

Windy.app with a blue logo has no connection with windy.com with a red logo. They are 2 different companies. So if you are Pro user on windy.app, this does not makes you Premium user on windy.com. -

Having the same issue. Just like @superkraft mentioned, I've purchased via the Apple App Store, but when on desktop and logged in it's still asking to upgrade to premium.

@Reinaldo-Adderley Okay, and do you have your Premium assigned on your mobile device? If you do, please check your email there and use the same one on the desktop.
Also, please check if you really use only Windy.com with the red logo. Any other app with different icon is not ours.
