subscription error

hello
i have a subscription error:
i buy a subscription to windy with paypal 5 days ago.
all look fine and i get the email that the account was sucessful activated.now when i click or tab the 1 hour button i get the purchase monitor.
it works not with android chrome and firefox.
with pc debian and firefox it also dont work.
please help me that i can use the cool 1 hour feature.

I have the same problem. I've paid for it, and I've got the emails, but I can't use the features. How long does it take to activate it?
