Add HTML to precise Lat/Long

Hi there,

we're planning to use Windy API to create a regatta viewer. We would like to add some html to a precise lat/long position. Do you know if it's even possible to do that with Wyndy?
We would like to set it to a really precise position to be able to show every boats in a range of 15kms on the Atlantic ocean.
