Maps downloads

I am struggling to download the south African maps.
I just keep getting a message "A technical error accered"

Can you please advise

@tstrauss Hello, what version of Android do you use please? We have stopped support for 4 or older, that may be the reason.

@Korina . It is a Samsung notebook which hAs android 4.4.4 system. Do you not support this anymore.? Is it possible to upgrade my system?
