Strange border of picture quality in Satellite view

Hi and thank you for the best weather site in the web!
I have one question about such a strange border of picture quality in Satellite view.
To the left we have great quality, to the right the picture is very blured.
Is the any way to make it better?

@Comraddm Hello, this is a matter or satellite quality, european has a higher quality than the one over Russia.
