      @ashoksiva
      3h and 1h forecasts are updated at same time.

        Both ECMWF and GFS models are computed 4 times by day at 00h, 06h, 12h and 18h UTC (the so-called "runtime").
        Model data dissemination begins AFTER each runtime as follows:

        • ECMWF: ~05h45m (see here)
        • GFS: ~03h20m
        • Each runtime provides both 1h and 3h forecasts, as said above

        Other global forecast models (including ICON) have generally the same runtime hours.

        ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

          @idefix37 Thank you. So only advantages is that we can have 1 hour forecast in premium user.. other than that no special benefits. For India, we have ECMWF, GFS and Meteoblue forecast only available. When ICON forecast shall be expected to include.

            @ashoksiva Hi, ICON model is already included and if you have Premium, you can see 1 hour forecast. Nevertheless, we will soon add update times every 6 hours.

              @Korina
              I understand this user is living in India, so the European ICON model has no interest for him. He wants the global ICON.

                @idefix37 Already we are following ECMWF and GFS models. ICON also we prefer sometimes which is available only at meteologix.com website. It will be great if ICON model forecast is updated in windy for India.

                  @ashoksiva I understand now, we may add the global ICON in the future.

                          @Korina But what about global Meteoblue AI? I mean, you can see it in the basic forcast table, but it is not available for the maps. Can you possibly enable it for the maps, too, globally, like GFS & ECMWF? It would really be appreciated by people living (or travalling) outside Europe & the US, because global models are the only ones they can rely on, and Meteoblue, from my experience, gives overall better results than both of them.

                            @dariengap Hi, Meteoblue AI is already shown on Windy, you can find it in a detail forecast of a location. NEMS (modified by Meteoblue) is a local model shown on the map.

                              @Korina Yes, but the only global models that can be selected for the maps are GFS & ECMWF. I was asking if you can include Meteoblue into this list as well.

                                Here is an explanation from Meteoblue why they don’t provide data for the map, only for the Meteogram:
