UV index and Route planner

I am new to Windy, so I beg your pardon whether someone asked the same following questions earlier:
1- I believe it would be a good improvement having a hourly UV index indication (1 to 10 value) for a chosen location together with indication of temperature, sky condition, wind speed, etc.
2- I read there is a route planner facility in Windy, but cannot find where/how to activate it. May I have an insight, please. Thanks.

1. I'm not sure UV data layer would be available in current implementation (see also this post)
2. Route Planner should be available via the main menu (see screenshot):
