Feature request: Link to forecast discussion

It would be awesome if Windy could link to the National Weather Service forecast discussion pages for US locations. That discussion is almost always the most accurate source of detailed information about the upcoming weather and the uncertainties in the forecast. The data is freely available via a simple HTTP API from weather.gov, for example: https://forecast.weather.gov/product.php?site=PBZ&issuedby=PBZ&product=AFD&format=txt&version=1&glossary=1&highlight=off

This is somehow similar to what was proposed in this post, i.e. implementing list of links to the most useful/helpful 3rd party sites...

@imagiopeepot @vsinceac Hello, we occasionally publish a third party articles about severe or extreme weather. However, Windy already offers expert level forecast, we feel no need to implement other links in bigger volume.
