Cordova Icon Instead of Windy Icon

This is certainly not a big deal but instead of the Windy Icon I am seeing the icon for Apache Cordova. It is only on my iPad mini not my iPhone.

Same here, on an iPad Mini 4. But it’s ok on my iPhone X and iPad Pro 11.
