Country labeling

Country names are not left off the map; labels are automatically drawn by rendering algorithms and related map style.
Each country name label should fit into corresponding country polygon, thus it depends on the map scale (screenshot):

• small (world/continent level): it is not always possible to display country labels (left bottom)
• medium (region level): most of country labels are displayed (left upper)
• big (country or sub-country level): country label would be useless, labels of lower admin level are privileged (right)

E.g. on small map scales, name of countries with small surface couldn't be drawn (Luxembourg, Andorra, Vatican, San Marino, etc.).
