How can I know that rain is coming or not... Which wind direction is given the information about rain? Sometimes it is confused

Simplest would be to set an alert for your location, as explained here.
And btw., that was the answer to the same question you posted 10 months ago...

1- Select Rain in Menu on right side
2- Select a/your location by clicking on the map or in the search box
3- Scroll the time slider
Or
4- Press the amber arrow to get the Meteogram for the location.
