windy api - professional / pricing agreement if above 10,000 requests per day?

Hi, I'm Daisy from startup based in KR
and we are looking at WINDY API - Professional.
it says requests per day for professional is limited to 10,000 calls with remarks : can be increased by agreement.
How to go through this agreement? We aren't sure how many requests that we would get (we provide info for local fishing people) - but want to be safe so that we don't hit the maximum calls.

Or is there a process such as - when above 10,000 > we pay certain amount automatically?
