This feature was available one year ago. It was "hand drawing" tool.

As most of drawings were generally really crazy and without any interest as you can see by the link above (more than 700 drawings), this tool has been deleted:

Then sharing maps showing official weather symbols would leave to thinking that they are done by Windy.
Not a good idea for me. Or it would need a notification to underline that these additional drawings are not made by Windy. -
