How to create a bike route on PC app? like it is possible in mobile app?

Hi,
I am struggling to find out the way to create biking routes in the same way i am able to do it on mobile app... it seems like map with the same details as on mobile map is not available... i can not see bike routes nor I can create routes in the same way... what i would love to do is to be able to create bike routes in the same way as on mobile app and then export to .gpx file... is it possible to do?

You use Windy Maps app which is a navigation app only available as mobile app on your phone or tablet.
Windy or windy.com that you have on your PC is a weather web app, with no feature for bike navigation, so you have no chance to use it to create bike routes.

Mobile app is great to create bike routes... are there any plans to introduce that on PC? i think it would be absolutely great place for such thing... level of details on mobile app is great and would serve the purpose for community of bikers...
