<![CDATA[Bell icon (Blue or gray)]]>IT is driving me nuts !!! What is meaning of blue or gray bell icons on favorites ???? I can't find out ... and how does it change ? Please help.

and grey = conditions have not been met yet --> none of my "if's" from alert definitions are true ?
