1hr Wind compare flags don’t equal table

When viewing 1hr Wind compare forecast (on IOS App or windy.com), the flags displayed on the map view are 1 hour ahead of the selected hour in the grid view at the bottom. If I select 06 in the grid, the winds of 07 are displayed in the flags on the map view.

is the data in the flag one hour ahead? or the data in the table one hour behind?
