Windy radar problem (bug)

Before saying « I have a problem please solve it », you should first give a few more explanations.
What radar is it, what is its location, or does it concern the whole Radar layer , what device are you using? ....
Does the issue looks like this
... or that?

Which one? Both of them? It is not a bug.
The first one is due to the lack of last radar data which have not been received in time to be included in the loop.
The second one, as written on the picture, means there is no data provided by the radar data provider. -

Yes sometime it happens, you just need to wait a little more. -

On Windy website, on desktop, in main menu see Install Windy plugin and select COVID 19 to get worldwide chart. -

If there was a "best forecast model", people wouldn't bother comparing all these holy existing models :o)))
Just find "best forecast model" for your location - Windy offers an enough large collection of models - and use it.
