Subscribed to premium for hourly updates and not getting them

Am I to assume your premium feature set is badly worded? It mentions hourly updates for forecast models yet I’ve just subscribed and each model still says “updated 4/7etc hours ago”. If this is the case I’d like a refund, thanks

Hello @Tranquillian With Windy Premium you get access to a 1-hour forecast instead of 3-hour blocks. Those are not updates, the ECMWF model doesn't update that often. But for Premium subscribers, we are working on 6-hour ECMWF updates instead of 12 :)
