      Hi

      I have a Particle Photon and managed to setup the webhook succesfully, howerver i am receiving the following error: SUCCESS (valid measurements count: 2, valid station info count: 0)
      NOTICE: Measurements not inserted to database because cooldown time 4 minutes (time since previous insertion is 0.00 minutes)!

      Is this a WIndy issues or A Photon related issue?
