wx. radar and lightning layer

Please adjust the lightnings to be visible in 5 min. increments
to be in pace with radar imagery.
When in "radar" and move the timeline with keyboard (left-right arrows)
in 5 min. steps, lightnings disapear as they refresh every 1 min.

Please, also consider provide lightnings in satellite layer.
