How to change my webcam URL ?

Hello,

Last year, I've defined a webcam on your site (actually, it was on LookR).
Recently, I had to change its hosting base. Therefore, I now need to change the image URL Windy points to.

I went a dozen of times to edit the link during the last 3 weeks, but it has never been taken in account !
I know the changes are manually revised before application, but it seems there's nobody to do that now.

Can someone tell me how to make this change (or who to ask for that) ?

PS: of course, it's my own webcam...

And that should be changed to:
http://loubert-a.dyndns.info:8002

Its actual image URL is:
http://aloubert.heliohost.org/Images/WebCam_Last.jpg
And that should be changed to:
http://loubert-a.dyndns.info:8002/images/WebCam_Last.jpg
