Is this the location that you are looking for?

The town does seem to be on the map, only that it is not named. As @petra-pik mentioned you can edit this on OSM.

For Windy weather use you can also use the following link to open the town's location and then save to your Windy Favourites and/or your Browser Favourites (change the zoom and map / weather layers as required).
