FTP Upload of Webcam data?

wunderground's webcam service has been failing as of late. Any plans for FTP uploads of webcam data?

The wunderground model was:

Setup webcam, get and FTP login for it.
Upload webcam image to it "image.jpg"
Wunderground would process it and update webcam image.
A lot of low price webcams will upload HD quality images to an FTP server every 15,30,60+ seconds without any additional infrastructure.

windy.com could likely get a bunch of weather cam data (including PWS data) from wundergrounders IBM has left behind.

Any progress on FTP images to Windy? I have an old Foscam that did FTP to Weather Underground for years. Looks like WU has killed web cams.
