Big problem
All informations are not good for Guadeloupe
we can see on Windy 27 Celsius
Or real is 32 Celsius
we can se on Windy rain or no rain no cloud ...

Have you tested different models ? ECMWF, GFS, METEOBLUE.
Then you can compare observed temperature by official weather stations with models forecasts. Select Reported temperature and click one of them (in Guadeloupe there are 3). You get a comparison between reported and forecast temperature:
