<![CDATA[Expanding rings around lightning strikes when zoomed in to an area]]>I have recently noticed that when zoomed in to an area, new lightning strikes are surrounded by slowly expanding rings that soon fade away; what do these rings represent? Are they the expanding sound of thunder? That would be so cool! Thanks!
