Tropical storm Boris becomes second named cyclone of the 2020 Eastern Pacific season

Tropical Storm Boris was located near 11.4N 137.9W. Its movement is toward the west-northwest near 15 km/h (8 knots) and maximum sustained winds 65 km/h (35 knots) with higher gusts.

It is expected to turn toward the west by Friday night and to west or west-southwest through Saturday night.

There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect as Boris weakens to a depression on Friday night.
