Though I have uploaded my Profile Picture, it can't be viewed in the desired circle whenever I am visiting Windy. Please help.

when you edit your profile click to cover and upload your cover image

This happens in my phone. Even after uplaoding my picture, it cannot be viewed.

@sumantra I would recommend clearing the app's cache or maybe even uninstall and install the app again. Also check, if you are uploading the right format and size of the photo.
