Access to "Route planner"

I cannot get to Route planner on my Android tablet 10.1" as the menu button on the top left doesn't appear, neither on the web (even with the desktop view selected) nor on the app. It appears only on my desktop computer. How can I access the Route planner on my tablet ?

That’s right, the route planner is not available on tablet via the app nor via the website... Hope it will be changed:
